GVI Oncology Survivor’s Day 2009 Award!.

Frieda Henning, has received the floating trophy (the beautiful bronze statue) from GVI Oncology Garden Route at the Survivor’s Day on 6th June 2009. Once a year, it is awarded to the woman survivor who excelled in making a difference in the community of cancer survivors. Frieda says: “I really feel so honoured and do not want to take any credit for myself. I was just an instrument in the hands of God, who used me to make a difference where it counts.” Congratulations to Frieda, it is wonderful to see that her hard work and contributions are appreciated! Frieda is also one of Journey of Hope’s co-founders and brave riders!
